When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 days. In the case of bags and travel accessories, these items are made-to-order and may take up to 5 - 7 days to ship. We will advise of any delays. Please let us know if you have questions. Feel free to write directly info@generalknot.com or use the contact form below.
What Is Made-To-Order?
Quite literally, our bags and travel accessories are individually cut and sewn when an order is placed. Nothing is mass produced and stocked in a warehouse. This method takes a little more time on our end, but it ensures that each piece gets the attention it deserves and is shipped in perfect condition.
Where Do You Source Your Fabrics?
We source our fabrics from all over the world. Since we are a "small batch" producer, we tend to work with very small mills or collectors of specialty and vintage textiles.
Where Are General Knot Products Produced?
All General Knot products are made here in the U.S.A. Bags and small goods are made in our in-house studio. Neckwear is produced in a number of small factories in the Northeast.
